In order for customers to shop conveniently and choose the right jewelry, we provide many different payment methods depending on your purpose.

1. CASH PAYMENT

◊ According to government regulations, we only accept payment in Vietnam Dong. 

◊ We have the right to refuse to accept money if we suspect that any bills are not intact, show signs of counterfeiting or are of unclear origin.

 

2. BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT

◊ The payment is considered successful only when the bank confirms that Leman Jewelry's account has received the money according to the payment information below:
- Account holder: LEMAN JEWELS CO., LTD
- Bank: Vietnamese version - Viet Capital
- Account number: 0697041118888
- Content: <customer name> <product code> <phone number>

◊ Customers bear all fees related to money transfer via bank.

 

3. CARD PAYMENT

◊ We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB/CUP branded credit cards or ATM/Napas domestic cards.

◊ We have the right to ask customers to provide more information about their full name, ID card/Passport number, address and phone number for comparison and authentication when necessary.

◊ For paying customers who are foreign nationals, the presentation of the passport and identity verification of the cardholder is required. If the credit card is a card issued outside of Vietnam, we will ask for a copy of your passport to compare with the bank in case any problems arise related to international transactions. .

◊ We reserve the right to refuse payment with bank or credit cards if you are not the cardholder; or in any case of suspicion of fraud or fraud.

◊ For jewelry shell products, Leman will support customers with card fee. For GIA-owned diamonds, customers will pay a 2% payment fee on the payment value in accordance with the policies of the bank and payment service providers.

 

4. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

◊ Leman provides customers with a variety of Installment options via VISA/ MASTER/ JCB Credit Cards with an association with a payment partner.

◊ Details of fees, interest rates and installment procedures will be specifically advised by Leman staff based on the policy of the partner unit.

Note: The forms of payment via Card, QR code and Installment are made through the payment partner. Therefore, the payment policies and fees may change depending on the policy of the partner unit.
