Encourage customers to come to Leman Jewelry showroom for warranty, check products every 3 months to ensure the product is always in the best condition, limiting the risk of severe damage or falling of the owner.
Leman applies a lifetime warranty for Leman Jewelry's jewelry products with the following policy:

◊ Leman encourages customers to come to Leman Jewelry showroom for warranty, check products every 3 months to ensure the product is always in the best condition, limiting the risk of severe damage or falling of the owner.
◊ You need to bring the Guarantee Paper when contacting to check and warranty the product.
◊ For warranty items that can be completed in less than 30 minutes, we will give priority to processing for customers to receive immediately. For items that need a lot of time, Leman will have an appointment date to receive the product. Normally, the product warranty period does not exceed 3 working days, except during peak seasons or Tet holidays.
◊ Leman reserves the right to refuse warranty for products that show signs of being changed, affected or modified by any other units not affiliated with Leman Jewelry.
